Medpace Continues to Build Strong Network of UK Investigator Sites through its Flagship Site Programme
King’s Health Partners Receive Flagship Site Status
CINCINNATI, OH – (May 10, 2019) – Medpace (MEDP), a scientifically-driven, global full-service clinical research organization (CRO), announced that King’s Health Partners has achieved the status of a Flagship Site—the highest level of site certification in Medpace’s site relationship programme.
King’s Health Partners’ outstanding reputation in delivering world-class care and research drove the designation. With access to a patient population of eight million across South London and South East England and 22 Clinical Academic Groups, King’s Health Partners is well-aligned to collaborate with Medpace.
Medpace’s Flagship Site Programme was created to build and strengthen investigator/site relations to accelerate clinical development and to strengthen project deliverables. Only the highest-achieving sites who consistently demonstrate excellence in areas such as start up, recruitment, retention, and data quality are certified.
The partnership will increase King’s Health Partners access to innovative and cutting-edge trials being run by Medpace. By collaborating closely, Medpace and King’s Health Partners will work towards:
- Increasing patient awareness and participation in new treatment options across South London and South East England;
- Engaging Investigators, research nurses and patients at protocol development stage through to study closure to enhance study delivery and strategy, and;
- Shorten study set-up timelines to deliver life changing therapeutics to patients faster.
“Medpace acknowledges King’s Health Partners as a leading Academic Health Sciences Centre and highly praises their vision of bringing together world-class research, education and clinical practice for the benefit of patients,” commented Andrew Masih, Medpace Executive Director. “In recognition of this, Medpace is pleased to announce the certification of King’s Health Partners as a Flagship Site.
