Vice-President, Clinical Trial Management, Oncology

We are currently seeking a Vice President, Clinical Trial Management with a focus on Oncology. In this new position, you would report to the Executive Vice President of Clinical Operations and be a key member of the Global Clinical Operations management team and a contributor to the overall success and future growth of Medpace. The Vice-President, Clinical Trial Management will be responsible for the leadership, strategic direction, operational excellence, and continual improvement of the global Clinical Trial Management group; a pivotal team of Directors and Managers, based in all global regions. Another key component of this role is strategic involvement in developing and maintaining client relationships and ensuring optimal service delivery to our clients.

Medpace is the leading CRO for Biotech companies. This role will be based in our global headquarters in Cincinnati, OH, which has recently expanded its campus to include a new seven-story building with covered parking, in addition to multiple Gyms/Fitness Centers, Hotel, Phase 1 Pharmacology Unit, and onsite banking, dining and bars. We offer a very competitive salary/bonus program and equity grants which have become very lucrative for our associates. We also offer a competitive relocation bonus if required for the position.
