Medpace’s Clinical Operations team manages and monitors the clinical trial process from study start-up to closeout. All departments within Clinical Operations work collaboratively and cross-functionally to ensure successful study execution for patients, clients, and clinical site partners.

Key Positions
Clinical Trial Management
Oversees all aspects of global clinical trials including but not limited to identification of patients, cross-functional project management, and direct support to sponsors.
Clinical Monitoring
Responsible for compliance of the research study and regulatory requirements at clinical site locations. The department consists primarily of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) who complete site visits to monitor the research study documentation. CRAs collaborate with clinical site personnel to ensure the safety of clinical trial participants and quality of trial data throughout the life of the study.
Feasibility & Proposals
Develops strategies on how to execute clinical trials, while assessing the capability to conduct a clinical trial and to gain new business.
Site Activation & Maintenance (SAM)
Responsible for the study start-up phase of the clinical trial to ensure that sites are able to initiate the clinical trial at their location from a regulatory and budgetary standpoint.

Life Science Degrees
We seek exceptional candidates with an educational background in life science. A bachelor’s degree is required for most positions.
Exposure to Research
While previous research experience is not required for all positions, it is highly preferred.
