Key Positions
Finance & Corporate Accounting
Provides management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing financial reports, performing monthly close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting, managing foreign external accountants and other service providers to comply with financial reporting requirements, deadlines, and global processes, participating in the year-end financial statement audit, and ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Reviews past company performance, anticipates obstacles and potential problems, forecasts a company’s future financial results, provides insights on market activity and presents them to the leadership team, analyzes and presents financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues and anything else that could impact the business, assesses, consolidates and records revenue each month from active projects, plays an integral role in the company’s valuation, analysis, and forecasting processes and assessments, provides analysis and explanation of significant trends and contributes to the presentation of periodic financial results to management.
Shared Services & Project Reporting
Manages the reconciliation process of assigned general ledger accounts, has oversight of company project and expense reporting, manages the processing and calculation of billings for the assigned customer base, assists with monthly general ledger reconciliations, and manages project setup and review within accounting systems based on contracts and out of scope activities.

Finance & Accounting Degrees
We seek candidates with an educational background in finance and/or accounting. A bachelor’s degree is required for most positions. Additional degree(s), CPA, or experience may be required for some positions.
Related Experience
Entry-level to experienced candidates with experience working in prior accounting or analyst positions. Experience working with foreign currency preferred.

Accomplish tasks while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small. This means monitoring and checking work or information while organizing time and resources efficiently.
