Key Positions
Software Engineering & Web Development
Designs, develops, and supports internal & external facing software applications. Works with various development technologies including Angular, ASP.NET Web API, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web Forms, C#, SQL, MVC, Entity Framework (EF), Git, TFS/DevOps, and Agile/Scrum.
Software Innovation – UX/UI Design
Influences business-wide discussions relative to current user experience projects and the future direction of design and user experience. Leads research and evaluation of emerging design, technology, industry, and market trends.
System Validation
Ensures quality of custom software solutions built by Medpace Software Engineers. Safeguards regulatory compliance of third-party software applications used by other Medpace departments. Develops validation plans, helps define user and configuration requirements, facilitates the execution of acceptance test scripts, and writes summary reports for third-party software validation projects.
Information Security
Reviews current state of information security and implement systems to strengthen the company’s security posture. Monitors, interprets and assesses the information provided by our SIEM to identify and responds to incidents.
Core IT Infrastructure
Builds and supports servers, storage, LAN, WAN, cloud, and virtualization services utilizing Microsoft, Cisco and VMware technologies. Maintains global network infrastructure, administrating network technologies including Cisco switching and routing, Cisco Call Manager, Call Manager Express, Contact Center, and Unity.

What We Look For

Computer Science & Related Degrees
We seek candidates with an educational background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Web Development, Software Development, Cybersecurity, and related fields. A bachelor’s degree is required for most positions.
Related Experience
1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting is preferred, but not required. Related experience isn’t required for entry-level positions.
