Nearly tripling in size to over 4,000 square meters, the enhanced facility is designed to accelerate clinical trial execution across Europe and beyond.

Built for Speed, Scale, and Reliability
Medpace’s logistics framework is built upon our full-service model. Our fully owned and managed inventory process requires no outsourcing – allowing for complete control of all procurement and inventory of kit components. Our unique make-to-stock kit build approach offers dedicated builders, reduces wastage, and provides shipping same day out of stock.
With 75,000 kits stored and ready for dispatch, and capacity for over 300,000 kits, the Leuven logistics hub supports clinical sites with speed and reliability. In addition, on-site production and distribution of nearly 500,000 kg of dry ice annually ensures temperature-sensitive samples are protected throughout their journey.
Supporting all operations are automated loading docks, Wi-Fi 7-enabled smart technology, and a dedicated print shop for producing high-quality lab manuals and requisition forms – everything Sponsors need to support their studies, all under one roof.
